1. Insurance coverage needs to be purchase by returning teams by April 30th. Be aware that last years coverage ended on March 30th. It may be a good idea to purchase year around coverage if you plan on having a Fall Baseball "tryout"
program. You must purchase the insurance through the S. A. Van Dyk Agency. You may call them at 1 - 800 - 323 - 7326 or you may be able to down load an application from their web page
2. Enrollment figures for each school will be those published by the NJSIAA. The numbers can be obtained on their web site. These are the same numbers used to determine what Group classification a High School is assigned The NJSIAA Web Site has the populations organized by Groups I,II, III, IV and Parochial.
If the school the player attends does not belong to the NJSIAA, you need to call the school and ask for the enrollment of grades 10-12, male and female. You will also need to get an official of the school to sign National Form #1 as provided next to the name of the school.
3. If a player is returning from college - DO NOT list college on front of National Form # 1 or on the back (Player Roster). Only the High School he attended is required.
